MSF Forum Terms & Rules Updated: July 27, 2009 MoneyShareForum has launched its doors on July 21st 2009 and is a forum community where all information on moneymaking opportunities can be posted and shared among all members. While here you can make new friends and find some business associates who could end up being your lifelong friend. Our main intention is to create a community and better serve all members with fresh news. Please follow the following rules and guidelines above each topic. All the administration will work hard for you to keep everything organized and well structured for you. Now please take a moment to review these detailed rules below. Please be aware, we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this Forum. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. *Rules* Do not create multiple MSF accounts 1. Multiple accounts are usually used to deceive members and this will not be allowed here. If you are found to own multiple accounts, they will all be banned without notice. If and when a staff member finds a program administrator with multiple usernames, or someone who is hiring paid posters to try and mislead people, they will edit the first post of the thread and insert a red, bold, caution message with a description of what the issue is. What you decide to do with this information is purely up to you. This information can greatly aid your decision making, so it is important that you check the first post of every thread. At our discretion, MSF may move the thread out of the active forum when this situation is found. 2. Be courteous and professional There will be no personal attacks, name-calling, racist remarks, fighting, making threats or using foul language! We have a diverse community here with differing opinions and thoughts. Everyone is entitled to state their opinion, even if it is an opposing opinion, as long as the MSF rules are followed. Determination of what constitutes a personal attack, name-calling, etc. is at the sole discretion of MSF Staff. *Posting* 1. Must be clearly written out in English. 2. Always use the correct format when starting a new topic. Example: Site Name - www.sitename.com (no ref link in title) 12% For 12 Days - STP, LR, AP, SP 3. No double post, if you happen to make a double post contact and admin and tell them. 4. One program per thread. Do not talk about other programs in the wrong thread. 5. Can only start 3 topics per day(24 hours) per section. (Means you can post 3 in hyips, 3 in autosurfs, 3 in general, ect every 24 hours) *Ref Links, Avatars, Banners, Signatures, Hijacking & Trolling* 1. Topic starter is the only member who can post ref/affiliate links in threads. 2. In signatures, you may have 5 lines of text and up to 3 URL’s. (Font size 3 & under) 3. Only upgraded members can have a 468x60 banner in their signature. 4. All avatars must be graphical friendly, no nudity, no sexual oriented images, no profanity and no images that would offend any of our members. 5. If found that a member is trolling there will be some warnings. Trolling is bringing negative comments and taunting a thread. You an state your opinion but that does not call for constantly stating it. 6. No hijacking. Do not post your referral link in any threads that have already been started by a member. Do not post in your signature that your signature if for sale or tell anyone to contact you. WARNINGS If at any time you are given a warning for violating the rules, don't make a big deal out of it. Warnings are used as a tool to help members become more aware of our forum rules. Only you and the moderating team can see your warning level, so it is not a scarlet mark. If you don't say anything about it, nobody will know. Your warning level may be reduced over time if you can show us that you understand the rules and do not break them for a 30 day period. If this time period has passed, and you feel your warning level should be lowered, you may kindly send a PM to one of our staff members and they will evaluate if it should be reduced or not. *SPAMMING* 1. Do not post spam on the forum or send spam via PM; you will be banned without notice. 2. Do not "bump" threads by making pointless posts just to bring a thread back to the top of the topic index. *Other Miscellaneous* Please understand that MSF is not a program monitor and has no way of monitoring which programs are paying and which are not. When making an investment decision, it is your responsibility to research and collect as much information as possible about a program and then make your own decision. Our MoneyShare System works depending on advertisements, estimate earnings are calculated with advertising income and member activity at the end of the month, after verification, this amount becomes real. Then you can request to withdraw to the payment processor of your choice (alertPay, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, EcuMoney, SolidTrustPay and StrictPay). Although the administrators and moderators of MoneyShareForum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages.
